Resilient Seminar @ move-sf on 10/1/17

Picture
The entire team of Doug Kechijian, Trevor Rappa and Greg Spatz from Resilient Performance Physical Therapy will be on-hand for an entire day (9am - 6pm) to deliver strategies that trainers, coaches and therapists can incorporate within a session to improve movement - including biomechanically efficient exercise technique, breathing drills, stretching and mobility work; all within a model of progressing to high performance.

If you've been struggling with how to get your clients moving optimally within the confines of an hour long training session while still being able to deliver the desired training effect this course will arm you with the practical tools you need to improve your client's movements in a very efficient manner.

We are offering only 25 spots as this is a predominantly hands-on workshop and we want to insure all participants walk away with the tools for effectively getting their clients moving and feeling better.

"I will say I haven't seen anyone take various systems (that tend to get dogmatic) and make them into their own quite as well as you guys have. Very few people can take information from so many sources and synthesize it into something actually usable and you guys did it. I knew you were smart but I was really impressed.

It is blatantly obvious that none of you have sold out on any one system or way of thinking and it's a beautifully refreshing and rare thing to see. On a more specific note, it always frustrates me when presenters don't give actionable steps or immediately applicable strategies etc. and you guys gave more than enough. Even without the notes I was able to fill some gaps in my tool box that helped some of my people literally the morning after.

I want to thank you guys for putting together an awesome experience. I came away with some concrete strategies that I've since used to help some of our clients and members."

- Brandon Nurnberger; Relentless Strength & Performance, Minneola, NY
"This was 6 hours extremely well spent. I got exactly what I needed to get out of it. I have a better understanding of not only what to look for, but strategies to intervene and effective cues to improve quality of movement."

- Mike Baker; Bolt Fitness and Performance Training, Chester, NJ

"So much info was covered, if anything the presentation could've been longer. I found the information to be very digestible and I was applying it the next day.

The discovery of the Resilient YouTube channel is a gamechanger. I have subscriptions to other movement sites that I no longer need.

As the weeks have gone by I have found even more value in your presentation. I can honestly say that 8 hour session was the most influential day I have had when it comes to influencing my daily practice. I feel as if I owe you all a ton!"

- Jeb Stuart Johnston; Brooklyn Strong, New York, NY
"I think you guys nailed it. You take concepts that are often made obtuse and made them simple and easily implementable.

Really practical info from genuine dudes without ego.

Thank you guys, it was a great experience and is easily implementable. I was able to integrate the activities seamlessly into my existing system when they were appropriate for my clients."

- Haylin Alpert; Core Principles Strength & Conditioning, Stamford, CT
